It scrapes business prospects from Google Maps and YouTube, applies AI to score each lead's quality, runs an automated website audit to surface talking points, and lets sales teams call prospects directly — all consolidated into one dashboard instead of stitching together four separate tools. The Challenge

Sales and agency teams waste hours moving between a scraper, a spreadsheet for qualification, an audit tool, and a separate dialer. The fragmentation means leads go cold, context is lost between steps, and reps can't tell which prospects are actually worth calling.

The fastest path to a booked meeting is contacting a qualified prospect while intent is fresh. OutreachKits needed to collapse the entire discover → qualify → audit → contact workflow into one place so a rep could go from a raw search to a live call without switching apps.

Our Solution

OutreachKits pairs targeted scrapers for Google Maps and YouTube with an AI scoring layer that ranks each lead by fit and quality. An automated website-audit module inspects each prospect's web presence to generate concrete outreach hooks, and a built-in calling module closes the loop — all served from a single React dashboard.

We designed the platform around one continuous pipeline: a search yields prospects, AI scores and prioritises them, the audit arms the rep with specifics, and the dialer lets them act immediately. A free-tier scrape budget lowers the barrier to first value, driving activation before upgrade.
